Delivery time

We deliver parcels throughout Poland via Poczta Polska and courier services. If you choose a delivery by courier, the delivery time is a maximum of two working days (usually the parcel is on the second day). Parcels sent by Polish Post usually arrive within 3-5 days.
We kindly ask you to provide contact telephones – this greatly facilitates the work of couriers (often a spouse, to arrange a delivery), and enables us to efficiently respond to possible problems.

We send foreign shipments using the courier company – delivery time is 2 to 7 business days depending on the country of delivery.
Deliveries are currently only possible for registered customers. We invite you to register on the website.

payment

Payment for the order is possible in several ways:
1. collection – payment on delivery to the courier or postman; currently only for registered users, when shipping in Poland. Orders with this form of payment are processed immediately after submission.
2. transfer-prepay – the Customer makes a bank transfer in any way to the Store’s account. The payment made in this way is posted to the Store’s account usually the next day.

3. Dotpay – payment via dotpay.pl – main types of credit cards are supported, e-transfers in most Polish banks and other forms. Payments made via dotpay.pl are usually made in a few minutes. In the case of a non-standard form or payment amount, we generate a special link to the Dotpay.pl website, which we send to the Customer – it allows payment in various currencies, additional payment for possible modifiaction in the order, etc.
4. PayPal – payment via paypal.pl – allows you to make payments from virtually anywhere in the world with the help of many payment methods. An account in the paypal.pl service is required. Payments made via PayPal.pl are usually made in a few minutes.
